Although ECB’s indication for further easing lifted risk appetite, commodities ended the week in red amidst concerns over global economic slowdown. On Friday, China’s PBOC announced to cut interest rates and reserve required ratio (RRR) further in an attempt to stimulate growth. While near-term boost to the financial markets is likely, the easing measures inevitably unveiled that the country is facing a severe slowdown in economy.
