Crude oil prices staged a modest recovery on bargain hunting and as the greenback retreated. However, ongoing concerns over inventory again weighed on prices. the front-month WTI contract ended the day -0.52% lower while the Brent contract edged +0.09% higher. Gold rebounded, taking advantage of weaker USD, by more than +1% from the lowest level in 6 years.
