HOUSTON----Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP today announced the commencement of a secondary public offering of 10,000,000 common units owned by Boardwalk Pipelines Holding Corp., which indirectly wholly owns the Partnership’s general partner and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Loews Corporation.
