BonTradeNEW YORK----Fitch Ratings has affirmed the Issuer Default Rating and outstanding senior unsecured debt ratings for NGPL PipeCo LLC at 'BBB-'. The Rating Outlook is Stable. The rating action affects $3 billion of outstanding debt.
