    • 10+ years of experience
    • Equity trading experience
    • Fixed income experience
    • A proven track record of creating risk adjusted returns year over year
    • The ability to mitigate risk
    • Proven experience in capital preservation and Income strategies
    • Must have a solid book of business that will follow him /her to our firm
