    * There is NO fee for our services!

And now, more about the position we recruit for…

FINANCIAL ADVISOR / PERSONAL WEALTH MANAGER
This is an exclusive executive position with an elite wealth management firm that only hires successful, motivated, and entrepreneurial professionals to represent their company. In return, this firm offers a lucrative salary along with a comprehensive benefits package that is among the best in the industry.

No financial service experience is necessary, but it is important that you have a history of sales or professional executive-level experience.

    About Us

The Academy Group is a boutique Financial Service executive-search firm. We have national contracts with some of the nation’s top leading financial service firms.

We have earned a strong reputation with this client over the years, and because of that, they have eliminated 90% of other firms they used to work with. We are now only one of two firms they work with nation-wide to help them with this recruiting effort. In fact, we have been their leading recruiter for this position over the past several years. How does this reputation help you? When we introduce one of our candidates to a hiring manager, that manager is aware of our reputation and he or she will therefore be excited to interview you.

Moreover, we consider ourselves to be your personal agent, and because of that you can expect nothing less than the utmost level of professionalism and personal service from us during every phase of the hiring process.

Bottom line: we will not leave you hanging and feeling like you are going it alone. We have placed over 400 candidates into this position in only the past four years. We hope to help you become our next placement.

About our Client in their Financial Advisor Training Program –
Our client is an award-winning firm, with a very solid and recognizable name and reputation, and is THE leading investment firm in the United States.

In 2009, seven of the top ten earning financial advisors amongst all firms in the United States hail from our client. You will be able to provide an end-to-end platform of financial services – everything from cash management to financial planning, brokerage services, estate planning, block trading, and alternative investments, in addition to M&A advisory services for middle-market privately held companies. You would also be a member of one of the nation’s leading providers of defined benefit and defined contribution plans, as well as corporate stock plan services and administration.

And here’s something even more unique about this company. You will also have access to a wide range of lending products to offer your clients. From personal and home loan products to countless financing opportunities for your business-owner clients, you will truly be a one-stop solution for all of your client’s financial needs.

No experience is required in this industry as they will provide you with all of the training and licensure required to be successful. They do ask, however, that you are someone who is comfortable in a “sales” and relationship-building role, as your goal will be to ultimately sell yourself to your clients as they entrust you with their financial goals.

    Financial Advisor Compensation

If you are hired into this position, you can be comfortable in knowing that your financial needs will be taken care of as you make your way into the business while you are training and growing your business. They will provide you a respectable salary in addition to any commissions and bonuses you may earn along the way.

And the best part about this business is that you own equity in it! What that means is that as you grow your business, when it comes time to finally retire or leave the business, you can sell back your business for a sizable amount of profit!

    Financial Advisor Benefits
You will become eligible for benefits starting on the first day of your employment. The benefits this company offers are extensive. They include:

    * 401(k)
    * generous time off
    * tuition reimbursement towards your CFP or other continued education
    * medical, dental and vision plans, and stock options
    * they also include such perks as mortgage assistance, special discounts for auto and homeowners insurance, and banking.
    * You’ll also have a chance to build equity in the corporation through several stock ownership plans.

  • Financial Advisor; $26-40K

    Apply for Job Here

Recent expansion in Connecticut is causing us to recruit several new financial advisor candidates!!!

No experience required as we will train the right person.

Why join our team and become a financial advisor?

First is that you get paid what you are worth! For many this scares them as they want to collect a check for, in many cases, doing nothing! My top manager grossed over $900,000 just a few years ago. This manager had a brand new, no experience first year planner earning $98,000, who the year prior was enlisted in the military.

Financial advisors work with anyone who has either income, or assets, or ideally both. Most everyone is a potential client. You NEVER run out of people to help! EVERYONE needs financial planning advice, yet most never seek it out. Financial planning is not just for the wealthy. Our systems cause clients to want your products!

Here’s Are a Few Ways We Set You Up To Win:

    · Brand awareness/advertising campaign
    · Customer service
    · Professional orientation, training, and certifications
    · Professional field marketing materials
    · The latest in sales automation technology
    · A rewarding career
    · A generous benefits package
    · Freedom and lifestyle of an entrepreneur with support behind you
    · A full range of products and services
    · Prestige
    · Financial strength
    · Work with winners

    Requirements

    · Must be ambitious and self-motivated.
    · Must be a success-driven self-starter.
    · Must be articulate and project a presence of success.
    · Must be able to communicate well with others and enjoy working with people.

Our average experienced planner will attend at least one “exotic” all expense paid trip per year to places like Hawaii, Bahama’s, Italy, etc…These trips include costs for a guest as well.

Training trips in places like Las Vegas, Sanoma Valley, CA, Chicago, San Antonio, etc…. As an advisor, you set your schedule. For some this means taking Friday’s off, for others maybe a handful of weeks a year for travel. Time to spend with kids, school events, sports, etc…..

I don’t care what you’ve done in the past. Anyone with desire to succeed, people skills, sales skills, caring, can learn and master our trade.

Is it hard work at first? Yes. You must spend some time getting licensed both state and federally. (same as any other good career!) You must be open to learning new things. You must be able to communicate and sell yourself. Time and effort MUST be spent mastering any new career!

If you feel you may be a fit, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you!

APPLY NOW and I will contact you to discuss this great opportunity.

Please feel free to call me to discuss this opportunity at 860-445-5018 mon – thurs 11am – 4pm
