Manage all aspects of Linedata front-office product suite implementation projects (whether new install or upgrade) at current and new client sites with a focus on our Fixed Income clients. Work in a team environment consisting of subject matter experts. Contribute Fixed Income industry and product knowledge as part of our client projects. Responsibilities: * Actively participate and advise/consult clients through 9 stages of implementation: * Project Planning & Project Proposals * Business Analysis/Workflow & Gap Definition * Data Configuration * System Configuration * Training (End User & Technical) * Testing * Custom Application Installation * Deployment * Post-Deployment * Responsible for learning front office product suite and additional integration modules (Gateway, Oasys, CTM, IOI, IOR, Liquidity Partner Alliances, etc). * Responsible for understanding client workflow and business requirements both inside and outside of our products, which will allow for the ability to assess the impact of client-reported issues and the exact affect from a product perspective. * Act as primary project owner within LDS and advocate client needs during implementation. * Act as lead in organizing client project proposals, including project scope and all associated estimates. * Act as primary client-facing resource for Linedata. * Responsible for conducting interviews with Senior Portfolio Managers and Traders. Must be fluent in fixed income and derivatives markets speak. * Conduct weekly status meetings with client and internal resources. Provide weekly status reports to all parties (internal and external) to keep project on track. * Monitor issues, both technical and business related, that arise during an implementation and address the appropriate resources to resolve. * Responsible for recognizing client issues and escalating them to appropriate project members (internal and external). * Ability to identify timelines and deliverables for projects and execute against those milestones. * Ability to assist client with configuration of LongView Trading System, Linedata Compliance, and Linedata Reporting, based on business requirements. Assist with the testing, research, and resolution of issues involving product suite Skill Set * Asset Management/Front Office experience a MUST. Must have exposure to front office concepts such as Fixed Income Portfolio Management and Trading workflows. * Must have knowledge of securities markets and the business and technical challenges facing investment managers, broker/dealers, ECNs, exchanges, and other trading participants related to straight-through processing and trade connectivity. * Previous experience participating in multi-faceted software implementation projects * Bloomberg terminal experience required * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. * Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently * Must be a self starter * Must be able to work in fast paced, demanding client environments * Excellent client and interpersonal relationship management skills * Working knowledge of SQL (Microsoft/Sybase), MS Office, MS Project * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Proven leadership qualities * Superior analytical abilities and business strategy skills * Up to 75% travel required Linedata has an exceptional employee benefits program including 100% employer paid medical and dental coverage.
