Our client, a major international bank located in New York City is seeking a Chief FX Trading Manager – Director Level to lead a team of FX Traders.  This individual must have strong management experience in the supervising of FX trading activity and be very well versed in all FX products. This role will recommend and implement trading strategies to staff, and provide competitive pricing to Marketing Group clients, in addition to managing the overall risk involved. The bank is offering a base salary of 150 – 200K + competitive bonus

Major Responsibilities:

• Supervise FX activity and operation throughout the department
• Develop profit targets and loss limits within the authorized position
• Enhance and expand FX product business with banking clients working closely with marketing group
• Manage the department coordinating with the Group Head of Trading
• Participate and share in the Trading Group goals

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of FX trading experience at a major bank – in depth knowledge of FX products
• 5+ years management experience or Chief FX Trader experience
• Experience communicating with institutional clients
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong communication and marketing skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
