HOUSTON----Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. today announced its consolidated and parent-only financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2009. Enterprise GP Holdings L.P., the Parent Company, reported record distributable cash flow of $83.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2009, a 23 percent increase from distributable cash flow of $67.9 million reported for the fourth quarter of 2008.
