IM Fixed Income Middle Office – Senior Data Integrity Role

Functional Overview
The Data Integrity team is responsible for the oversight and accuracy of front office data in trading systems, decision support tools and other front office business applications used for risk measurement. Key functions include front office trader oversight, portfolio attribution P&L, index management, start of business data readiness, analytics oversight, and data issue resolution.

Responsibilities
A member of the Fixed Income Middle Office – Data Integrity person is responsible for:

§ Partner closely with Front Office to deliver reporting and develop solutions for data issues
§ Analyze security and portfolio level analytics exceptions and report to the Front Office
§ Understanding and establishing data oversight processes around decision support risk tools
§ Understanding and establishing operational support processes for new products and new EMD markets
§ Assist with inter system mappings and interpreting data
§ Work with various Middle and Back Office operations to resolve issues
§ Track and report data quality metrics

Requirements Qualifications / Skill Set

§ Strong financial product knowledge of fixed income and derivatives
§ Decision support risk tools, trade execution and compliance engine testing experience
§ External vendor tools like Point, Yieldbook, and Bloomberg experience a plus
§ Ability to identify inefficiencies in a process and drive change
§ Self motivated individual with ability to identify issues and escalate when necessary
§ Ability to lead relationship with senior portfolio managers and traders
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
§ Strong Excel skills
